1. The product
Yard Kitchen Volume One is a digital, interactive cookbook published by AMDR Foundation Inc. It includes fourteen recipes and the features described on the purchase page. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. No physical book is shipped, and there are no shipping or handling fees for digital access.
2. Price and access
The founding price is $19 USD for the first 50 completed purchases; the standard price is $29 USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use Volume One. Keep the recovery key provided after checkout so access can be restored on another device.
3. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@amdrfoundation.org with your Stripe receipt. Refunded, reversed or disputed purchases lose access. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights in your country.
4. Permitted use
You may cook from the recipes for personal and household use. You may not scrape, republish, redistribute, sell or make the editorial content available as a competing product. The food itself may be prepared and sold where local law allows; this license restriction applies to copying the publication.
5. Food safety
Recipes are educational content, not medical or dietary advice. Check allergens and ingredient labels, use safe internal cooking temperatures, and follow local public-health guidance. People with medical conditions or special dietary needs should seek appropriate professional advice.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the cookbook available and correct but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every ingredient is available in every country. To the extent permitted by law, the product is supplied without implied warranties beyond mandatory consumer protections.
